questions
We advise companies with $10M to $300M in revenue or enterprise value, across the lower and middle market. If you are smaller, talk to us anyway.
The US, Saudi Arabia and the UAE today. Buyers and targets come from the US, Europe, China, India, Korea and other markets, through Translink member firms in 35+ countries.
Our in-house AI, Blueprint AI, sorts and maps your documents, prepares the numbers for an advisor to normalise, and drafts buyer materials, in the buyer’s language where it helps. A second layer ranks likely buyers from Translink research and our own list, so outreach starts in days. A DrawingBoard Capital advisor reviews every page and every approach.
Readiness takes 2–4 weeks, and we start approaching buyers in the first week of the sale. How quickly offers come, and when signing and completion happen, depends on buyers, negotiation, diligence and approvals.
Buyers see an anonymous teaser first and only learn your name after signing an NDA. Your documents are handled under a confidentiality agreement.
DrawingBoard Capital provides strategic advisory, and the technology and AI services that make the M&A process faster and more efficient. Arranging a transaction and the sale of shares are carried out by licensed firms on both sides of the deal.

A review that gets your company ready for a sale, raise or partnership in 2–4 weeks. We organise your records, put your numbers in the form buyers expect, find what their diligence will find, and give you a straight answer on timing.
the problem
Buyers price what they can understand and verify. When records are scattered, accounts mix owner and company costs, and nothing is in a data room, every question takes weeks to answer. Offers come in lower, and some buyers move on to the next deal.
Accounts, management figures, contracts and board papers, in any format and any language.
Our in-house AI, Blueprint AI, sorts, renames and maps every document, and flags what’s missing.
A senior DrawingBoard Capital advisor normalises the numbers, checks every page and lists what a buyer will question.
Go now, or fix these things first. Either way, you keep everything we’ve prepared.

We organise and present your information; we do not audit or restate your financial statements. Documents are handled under a confidentiality agreement and processed in line with applicable data protection law.

Notes from the deal table, research from the network. What we’re seeing in mid-market M&A, and what buyers abroad are paying.
Most value lost in a sale is lost in diligence, not in the first offer. The issues are rarely new to the owner. They are new to the buyer, and that is what costs money.
None of these is a reason not to sell. Each is a reason to prepare. That is the point of deal readiness: a valuation range, the issues list and a straight answer on timing, before a buyer sees anything.
Co-advisory fails for one reason: roles agreed late. It works when three things are written down before the first call.
Done this way, the client gets more reach and one voice, and both advisors get a deal neither would have closed alone. More on our Partners page.
